What is ramen?
We think that ramen is the ultimate comfort food, a hug in a bowl, the perfect meal. At it’s most basic, ramen is made from five elements: broth, tare (seasoning), aromatic oil or fat, noodles, toppings. Our Honest Ramen is a love letter to Japan, and to our customers.
why do you call it ‘honest ramen’?
Our goal, our vision, our raison d’être! It’s honest because we’re passionate about the quality of our ingredients, about our community and their experience, about taking care of our planet - and we’re sure as hell passionate about ramen!
ok, and what’s ‘Tonkotsu’?
Tonkotsu is a bone broth made from pork bones, hard-boiled for 10 hours until it reaches creamy, savoury perfection. Ours is made fresh at our Atelier with bones from our partner supplier Porc Qualité Ardenne (PQA) - no antibiotics, no GMOs.

Can i make a reservation?
We have a no reservations policy at our locations, but don’t worry! We will always seat you ASAP.
It might take us a few extra minutes to seat you at the weekend, so why not try our ‘No Fox Given’ craft beer while you’re waiting?
